Do you believe you're too young to need an estate plan? Consider again.
Americans have altered their behavior in a variety of ways as a result of the epidemic, and one of the most beneficial of these changes has to do with estate planning. For the first time since the study’s inception, Caring.com’s 2021 Wills and Estate Planning Study found that young adults are now more likely to have an estate plan than middle-aged adults.
The study revealed that just 16% of respondents aged 18 to 34 had a will or another estate plan document in 2020, but this rose by 10 percentage points to 26% in 2021—a 63 percent increase in one year.
The number of people aged 35 to 54 with an estate plan fell from 27% in 2020 to 22% in 2021, according to the 2021 research.
The findings of this study are particularly encouraging for young adults, who are typically the least likely to undertake estate planning.
A pandemic is also to blame, with 45 percent of respondents in the 18-34 age group claiming they were inspired by COVID-19 to start their estate plan.
However, it should not require a worldwide epidemic to get young people to pay attention to their futures.
In fact, all persons over the age of 18 should have some basic estate planning documents in place. Whether you are married or single, whether you have children or not, and how much money you have has no bearing on this.
On that note, if you're an adult of any age and the epidemic hasn't motivated you to create your estate plan, here are four reasons why it's time to get started now.
There are four ways for you to get our support.

Things to see and do in Bermuda Dunes
Bermuda Dunes is a census-designated place in California's Riverside County. According to the 2010 census, 7,282 people now live there. Bermuda Dunes is located near Indio, California just east of Palm Springs. As a result, this is an excellent location for tourists looking to learn more about the music industry or who come to see the gorgeous surroundings of California's desert regions, such as Death Valley or Joshua Tree National Park!
The climate in Bermuda Dunes is generally hot and dry. Summers are lengthy, and Winters are mild, with temperatures seldom going below freezing. In the Sonoran Desert, Bermuda Dunes is located far from any significant bodies of water, so it gets very little rain: only about 3 inches each year! Bermuda Dunes is a desert town, but it does have some vegetation. Palms and cottonwoods are the most frequent trees on Bermuda Dunes. Cacti and other succulents grow on the lifeless earth floor.
Here are some attractions in Bermuda Dunes:
Bermuda Dunes Country Club:
We believe that the Bermuda Dunes Golf and Country Club is one of the top golf courses in Bermuda Dunes. You'll encounter a complex combination of Bermuda fairways, rough, and desert vegetation on this course. The club also has an extensive practice putting green, a chipping area, and a lighted driving range.
Coachella Valley History Museum:
The museum is dedicated to educating the public about the Cahuilla people, the early settlers of the Coachella Valley, and the development of modern-day Bermuda Dunes.
Desert Adventures Red Jeep Tours and Events:
It is a great way to see the desert if you're short on time. The guides are knowledgeable about the area and can take you to see some of the most popular attractions, such as Joshua Tree National Park, the Salton Sea, and more!
El Dorado Polo Club:
The El Dorado Polo Club is a great place to watch or play polo. They offer polo lessons for all levels, from beginner to advanced. They also have a pro shop if you're looking to buy some new gear.
