Pantea I. Fozouni
Attorney and Counselor at Law
Pantea formed Palm Desert Law Group, APC specifically to focus on the needs of families with young children as well as small business owners. Prior to starting this firm, she saw too many instances where the all too common “one-size fits all” estate planning failed, leaving families in court and conflict for years. She also saw that there was a huge disconnect between attorneys practicing estate planning and those practicing business law, such that the complex needs of small business owners were never fully met. And she wanted to change that.
Pantea aims to bring back the “old-school” practice of lawyering where she can be a trusted source to guide her clients through the decisions they need to make to protect their families and businesses.
Pantea is a dedicated member of her business community, previously serving as the Special Events Committee Chair of the Desert Estate Planning Council and an active member of the Women Leaders Forum of the Coachella Valley. During the summer months, she typically devotes a few weeks of her time serving as a camp counselor for her favorite organization, Camp to Belong, which reunites siblings who have been separated in the foster system for a fun (and often challenging!) week of memory building and family bonding.
Pantea lives in Rancho Mirage with her husband, her step-daughter, her two sons, and their fur-baby, Ruby. She is licensed to practice law in California.
Serena Marohn
Client Services Director
Serena joined the Palm Desert Law Group as our Client Services Director in July 2023. She brought with her an extensive background in customer service and client relations. Serena maintains a positive and professional attitude in our office. She understands the importance of planning and protecting your family’s future. Serena was raised here in the Coachella Valley.
She continues a legacy of family who have resided in our beautiful desert for many years. Like her family members, she also possesses a strong desire to serve the community that she calls home. She spends many of her days off with her family; camping, BBQing, and simply enjoying their company. Serena is now planting her own roots here as well. She is newly married and recently purchased her first home here with her husband, Ricky. Serena is hoping to start her own family in the near future. But she currently calls herself, “Dog-Mom” to three beautiful rescued fur-babies.

Sabrina Conant
Legal Assistant
Sabrina has been an integral part of Palm Desert Law Group since December of 2022, bringing with her a wealth of experience in customer service and a deep passion for helping others. At PDLG, she plays a crucial role in enhancing the post-engagement client process. Her work is driven by personal experience as she understands the importance of thorough planning after facing the challenges that arose from her grandfather’s passing in 2020 due to a lack of preparation. Her commitment to ensuring clients find peace of mind through careful planning is a reflection of her own values and experiences, making her a dedicated and compassionate member of the PDLG team.
Originally from the Coachella Valley, she now resides in the heart of Texas with her partner and their beloved fur-babies—a dog and three cats.
Pam Rockey
Marketing Coordinator
Pam brings to our team experience in marketing, program management, and customer service. She joined Palm Desert Law Group as the Marketing Coordinator in May 2024 and has increased our firm's outreach and engagement efforts in our community. Pam is responsible for creating and distributing marketing materials, managing vendor relationships, growing our power partner relationships, and fostering connections within the community.
Her dedication to excellence and attention to detail ensures that Palm Desert Law Group's marketing initiatives run smoothly and effectively. Pam's ability to blend creativity with strategic thinking makes her a valuable asset to the team.When she's not at work, Pam enjoys her downtime with her beloved pets and enjoys spending quality time with her family. Her personal interests include painting, cooking, swimming, and exploring various forms of art. Pam also has a passion for decorating and designing, always bringing a touch of creativity and elegance to her surroundings.Holly Thomas

Holly recently joined Palm Desert Law Group full-time in June 2024, though she has been assisting us behind the scenes for years. She brings a blend of fresh perspectives, bright energy, and attention to detail that our clients love. Under Pantea's mentorship, Holly is dedicated to efficiently managing client needs while performing various clerical responsibilities.Outside of work, Holly is pursuing her associates degree at College of the Desert and plans to transfer to a four-year university in fall of 2025. She enjoys pursuing her passions for photography, city exploration, and shopping. A lifelong resident of the desert, she is deeply committed to contributing positively to her community. Her enthusiasm for learning and dedication to professional growth make her a valuable asset to our team.
