Estate Planning for Families
& Business Owners

Balance The Books of Your Life & Death

We know that thinking about your death isn’t always easy. But if you keep kicking the can down the road when it comes to estate planning, you’re setting your family up for all the wrong things: conflict, never-ending court cases, legal fees that chip away at their inheritance, and stress.

At Palm Desert Law, we approach life and death with a business mindset.

We want you to feel empowered to make smart choices about your legacy. Together, we’ll create a tailored plan with room to evolve alongside your family or your business.

Your estate is an asset.
Let’s treat it like one.

Hi, I’m Pantea Fozouni

As a practicing attorney, I’ve seen far too many cases where “one-size-fits-all” estate planning failed, leaving families and business owners tied up in court for years. None of us want to invite that level of conflict and stress into our lives.

That’s why I founded Palm Desert Law: to make estate planning easier for families, especially those with minor children. We also regularly work with entrepreneurs who need a lawyer who understands business law and estate planning, not just one.

Life Is Hard. Death Should Be Easy.

Planning for your death is an investment in your life—and allows your loved ones to protect their peace when the time comes. We’re here to take the weight off your shoulders.

We offer thoughtful death, incapacity, and legacy planning for:

  • Parents of minor children who worry about the big “if” and how to protect their children—financially and emotionally

  • Young adults who want to get a head start on their legacy

  • Professionals & small business owners who want answers from someone who knows estate planning and business law

  • Adults 60+ who want to safeguard what they have worked hard for and spare their families from conflict
